Omg, the tracking nr is always in the webshop by your order nr , clients check self, you really think we sent all clients emails with this?

And we are normally till 17.00 answering emails like you can read in our webshop;)

we sent you now by email as extra service the track, we are since 5 minutes home, you must not so stress and read good how we work....

Do you want me to post the email exchanges chronologically with screenshots? How long you ignored my inquiries and requests for help regarding my order, while simultaneously responding to other inquiries from other emails? I advise against it, because you'd look pretty foolish here. Just send me my money back.

Ps you can see also its not our fault , the track and trace show u that we sent it, so better get angry on the post 😉 and on our website you can read that we normally answer Monday till Friday, so no stress too or about us, thank you

Same thing happened to me, and no, you don't reply to every email! I've now contacted you THREE times via my registered email address, asking you to resolve the shipping issue with PostNL so I can receive my order from July 8th. NO REPLY!! Then I asked via a different email address if larger orders were possible, and you replied very quickly! So you're obviously lying.

The same with me. And I sent you an E-Mail, you didnt answer. It is pretty obvious you never get the package to postal office. No recommendation at the moment. Beware!
