I ordered more then a week ago and still did not receive the package.
I’m getting no reply, when I ask for some update using the email.

The track and trace nr we always put by your order nr in the webshop where you can log in and follow the package;)

And you can also order by us now in Germany so there are no problems by the border, see https://deutschland-menshilfe.de/
