How long you ignored my inquiries and requests for help regarding my order, while simultaneously responding to other inquiries from other emails? I placed an order in your shop on June 25. The parcel was supposedly handed over to the postal service, but the tracking status remained stuck at “The shipment has arrived at the origin parcel center.” This is often a sign that nothing was actually handed over and that only a shipping label was created — a classic scammer tactic to reassure customers.

On July 7, I sent an email asking for an update, using the email address Dutchdiscounter lists on his profile.

I did not receive a reply until July 19. The response was:

“Yes, I will check. But this email address we normally do not use, so that is why the late answer.

We will send again.”

Since then, nothing has happened. And, just to be clear, this was the very email address listed in his signature. That makes the excuse rather questionable.

There has already been a similar phase in the past, and once again, all customers seem to get are excuses. For that reason, I would once again strongly advise against placing an order.

Sorry, what nonsense you are writing. If you receive a tracking number, that is proof that the shipment has been sent and paid for by us. We also provide a 100% guarantee on tracked shipments if they get lost in the mail or at customs. The fact that you are emailing to the wrong address is not our fault; we hardly use that email address anymore.
