Ordered on 13.9 and on 15.9 it was shipped
However, until today nothing arrived
When asked, they said we are not the post office
Not good customer service
Paid a lot of money and I do not know where my package is

did you order with track and trace code so your package is insurranced? than you will get a new package from us, it's clear at our webshop. Order without payment for tracking and insurance is not our fault if post company dont sent it good, or customs too the package...

Hallo. Habe bei dem Shop am 11.08.2023 bestellt und bezahlt ( Bestellnummer #Gelöscht von Mod.. Hier kein Shopservice!) , es kam aber nie etwas an. Hatte leider ohne versicherten Versand bestellt gehabt.

Dann am 21.09.2023 nochmal ein Versuch mit versicherten Versand. ( Bestell-Nr. #Gelöscht von Mod.. Hier kein Shopservice! ). Bis jetzt keine Info ob was passiert oder versendet wurde.

Schade. Ich hoffe es klappt doch noch irgendwie und der Shopbetreiber liest das hier.

Bisher hats immer funktioniert, ich selber mache aber auch die gleiche Erfahrung gerade und die versprochene Ersatzlieferung hängt auch wieder fest, Hier stimmt was nicht.
