Sendungsverfolgung bei DHl mit "merkwürdigen" Angaben zum Lieferort
Sendung ist wohl verschollen
Rückmeldung bei BiB
Benachrichtigung über erneuten Versand, diesmal ohne Angabe der Trackingnummer
Versand ab PostNL am 15.09.
Sendungseingang am 18.09.
Diesmal stimmt (im Nachhinein geprüft) das Tracking.
Das ist schnell, BiB (und ich) sind flott am Ball geblieben - gut so.
Einige Produkte fehlen, das klären wir auch noch.

Diese Geschichte mit den "verschollenen" Sendungen (zahlt DHL so schlecht?) ist schon shice.
Da ich nur für meinen Eigenbedarf bestelle, sind die relativ hohen Versandkosten ein wesentlicher Kostenfaktor.
Das um so mehr, wenn mehrfacher Versand erforderlich wird. Schade.
